The objective is to identify the opportunities and options for your business' primary promise, your claim to fame. 

We'll also discuss the external market demands and opportunities, and how your primary promise can align to these market conditions.

Module three. The delivery systems

We'll discuss your company's current delivery systems and especially explore the options for building the systems to consistently deliver on your business' primary promise.

Module four. Measuring your business' performance

If you don't measure your customers experience, how will you know if you are succeeding in building a promise delivery system?

In module four, we'll talk about your company’s current customer feedback systems, but especially address the future evaluation systems integrated into your primary promise delivery system.

The module includes both our proprietary literature, exercises, case story, face-to-face meetings, and concludes with you being able to visualize and implement a promise delivery measurement system.

Module six. Failure response system

Even the best businesses and their promise delivery systems sometimes drop the ball. 

 

Module six focuses on benefits and opportunities of having a failure response system in place and we'll explore the stepping stones to building it, this also includes discussing your current post-sales systems.

The process

The six modules typically run over a period of two months, where we work closely with the client.

 

Each module has two face-to-face sessions where we discuss the specific topic of the module and apply the learnings and best practices to the client's business. 

​

The objective is to identify a tangible path and the action points to turn the client's business into a promise delivery system.

​

It is essential that our clients have the intension and time to actively participate as we go through the modules and, not at least, have the commitment and resources to implement the learnings and action plans. Without implementation, all the well-intended efforts, the revelations and plans, will never make a positive difference.
